Most of our upholstery supplies that we stock are on the website. However, we continue to add inventory, so if you don’t see what you are looking for, call us or email us to see if we have it in stock. We can also special order upholstery supplies if needed.
Yes. Counter hours are Monday – Friday 9:00-4:30. Order placed by 11:00 will be ready for pick up by 3:00. All other orders will be ready opening the next business day.
Our knowledgeable staff knows how much you will need for your particular car. There is no need to go to the car and take measurements or to have an upholsterer estimate.
Yes, we gladly send samples of our fabrics for your approval. We want to make sure you know what you are ordering before the order is placed. Please call us or send us a sample request in the mail.
Original receipt is required for all returns.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 business days after delivery of the product. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. (Does not show signs of wear or damage in any way)
Special Orders and/or Custom Orders cannot be returned..
